Warrior Pose – vīrabhadrāsana – वीरभद्रासन

Warrior pose is strong and wonderful. Take your tail bone and sacrum and move them forwards as if you were holding a great weight in your arms. Hold a brick or belt or just cross your thumbs to achieve the action. Throwing back the head is unnecessary.
